Cost per Subscriber $2 → $0.57 in Crypto

Audit and diagnosis

We took on the project with a $5,000 budget and a 3-week timeline, and confirmed the main constraints: $2 per subscriber and a stream of moderation rejections. In the research phase ($1,000) we found top channels using SPY services and our AI selection tool and tested creative formats — expensive at $2, but we knew where to dig.

Strategy

We built a focused action plan around the core solution: fix what moderation was cutting and concentrate spend on channels that actually convert, instead of pushing flashy banners that kept getting declined.

Implementation

In the cleanup phase ($2,000) the team completed the main work: selected the working creatives, replaced the flashy banners that moderation was rejecting, launched one channel at a time, and filtered out fraud — bringing the cost to $0.50 per subscriber.

Testing and optimization

We validated which channels held their cost and quality, keeping the winners and cutting the rest so budget only went to sources that performed.

Scaling the result

In the scaling phase ($2,000) we pooled the best channels and scaled, delivering the final outcome: $0.74 per subscriber during scaling and $0.57 across the full campaign.
